This policy applies only to the closed test build currently being distributed.
The closed test build is a test app available only to people we have invited. Anything you enter is never actually published to the internet.
When we add features in the future, we will revise this policy (see About revisions).
1. Information we currently collect
The closed test build (version 0.3.0) does not collect any user information whatsoever.
This statement is not a guess. It is based on an examination of the distributed app itself — its source code, its dependencies, its Android permission settings, and the internals of the built app. Specifically, the app contains no code that performs communication and no code that stores information.
2. Information we do not collect
In the closed test build, we do not obtain the following information, because the app does not request the Android permissions needed to use these capabilities.
| Type of information | Status |
|---|---|
| Personal information such as name or email address | Not obtained (there is no account feature) |
| Audio / recording | Not obtained (there is no recording feature, and the microphone permission is not requested) |
| Photos / camera | Not obtained (the camera permission is not requested) |
| Location | Not obtained (the location permission is not requested) |
| Contacts / address book | Not obtained (the contacts permission is not requested) |
| Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.) | Not obtained |
| Usage / analytics | Not obtained (no analytics tools are embedded) |
| Automatic crash / error collection | Not obtained (no crash-collection tools are embedded) |
| Purchase / billing information | Not obtained (there is no billing feature) |
3. How the title and body text you enter are handled
The announcement title you enter on the app's screen, and the announcement body you select, are handled as follows.
- They are handled only within the device. They are never transmitted outside the app.
- They are not saved. When you close the app, what you entered is discarded. It is saved neither on the device nor externally.
- They are not published to the internet. The app displays "Published," but this is a test-only screen display. No processing that actually transmits or publishes anything externally is performed.
- We cannot view the content you enter.
4. Provision to third parties
There is no information to provide to third parties. As stated above, the closed test build does not collect information, so there is no information to provide, share, or sell. We do not provide or share any information with any third party.
If, in the future, we offer a feature for linking information with external services or businesses based on the user's consent, we will revise this policy before the feature becomes available and clearly state the recipient, the information involved, and the purpose of use (for details, see "12. About revisions to this policy"). The current closed test build performs no such information linking.
5. Use of external services / SDKs
The closed test build embeds no external services (SDKs) such as analytics, advertising, or crash collection.
The app is developed using foundational software for building apps (React Native and Expo). These foundations include many capabilities, but this app does not use their communication capabilities and does not connect to any external server while the app is running. The feature that automatically updates the app (OTA updates) is also disabled.
Note that, as a technical constraint of Android apps, the app is granted the "internet access" permission. This is due to the default settings of the foundational software, and this app does not use that permission to perform any communication.
6. About Google Play
This app is distributed through Google Play. The handling of information by Google Play and the Android OS themselves is outside this app's control (for example, app installation status). For those, please refer to Google's privacy policy.
What this policy describes is the processing performed by this app itself.
7. Data retention period
Because there is no data to store, there is no retention period. What you enter exists only in the device's memory while the app is running, and is lost the moment you close the app.
8. About accounts
No account creation is required. The closed test build has no sign-in or registration feature.
9. About requests to delete data
Because we hold no user data, there is no data subject to deletion.
The content that exists temporarily within the device is discarded when you close the app. Even if you delete (uninstall) the app itself, no data remains outside the device.
For any questions or requests regarding data handling, please contact us at the address listed on the support page.
10. About minors and children
This app is not designed for children. This service is developed primarily for businesses, organizations, and individuals who run and update websites. We do not intentionally collect information from children (indeed, we do not collect user information at all).
11. Security
Because the closed test build is designed not to collect, transmit, or store information, there is no path by which user information could be leaked in transit or on an external server. We believe this is the most reliable protection at this time.
When we add features that involve external communication in the future, we will implement appropriate safeguards, including encryption of communication (HTTPS), and revise this policy.
12. About revisions to this policy
This policy describes the actual state of the current closed test build. If we add features such as the following, we will revise this policy before the feature becomes available and clearly state the information collected, the purpose of use, external services, the retention period, the deletion method, and whether information is provided to third parties.
- Importing an existing website (fetching published content from a URL entered by the user)
- Generating a new website (AI-based restructuring) and publishing it
- Conversion into multiple languages
- Voice input (use of speech-recognition services)
- Account features
- Analytics and billing features
- Linking with external services or businesses explicitly chosen by the user
Information we may handle in the future
If we offer the features above, we may handle the following information — which we do not handle today — depending on the feature. None of it is collected, transmitted, or stored in the current closed test build.
- The URL of an existing website entered by the user
- Published content obtained from the target website (text, images, structured information, etc.)
- Instructions and target content sent to the AI
- The content of the generated website and its publication settings
- Account information
- Usage
- The content of voice input
- Data subject to multilingual conversion
If we offer these features, we will clearly state the information collected, the purpose of use, the external services used, the retention period, and the deletion method, obtain the user's consent where necessary, and revise this policy. When processing the content of a published website, we will also give due regard to its rights and terms of use, as well as any personal information it may contain.
About linking with external services and businesses
In the future, we may offer a feature for linking with external services or businesses explicitly chosen by the user (such as external services or support institutions). In that case, we will clearly state, before the feature becomes available, the information linked, the recipient, the purpose of use, the retention period, and how to withdraw consent, and revise this policy. We will not provide personal information or information unique to a user to a third party without the user's consent.
None of these features are implemented at this time (there is no mechanism for URL import, AI generation, publishing, consent management, or external linking). This policy does not describe them as if they were currently offered or in use. If we revise it, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
